Being a busy person I find it strange to be writing this unsolicited letter.

I would like to thank you for the promptness to which to responded to my request for the installation of the heating for our house. I also appreciated the fact that when the job was completed we had no knowledge that you had completed the job due to the fact that your staff did such a marvellous job of cleaning up.

Being in business myself I enjoy working with such a company because there are no hassles at the end of the job, not overly common these days.
